Nexeo HR is hiring a reliable and safety-conscious CDL Driver for a local driving position in the Logan / Hyde Park area— This role is responsible for safely transporting products locally anywhere from South Salt Lake up to Southern Idaho, while assisting with loading, unloading, palletizing, wrapping, and shipping/receiving tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have a current CDL, a clean driving record, strong time management skills, and a professional attitude when interacting with customers, vendors, and the general public. • Operate company vehicles to complete local pickups and deliveries
• Transport products locally anywhere from South Salt Lake up to Southern Idaho
• Deliver and pick up materials in a timely and safe manner
• Load and unload trucks and trailers, including palletizing and wrapping products
• Plan efficient routes using navigation tools
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections and documentation
• Handle delivery paperwork including signed Bills of Lading and related documents
• Refuel vehicles and keep trucks and trailers clean and ready for use
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures
• Communicate maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Assist in the shipping and receiving department when not driving Qualifications
• Current CDL required
• Clean driving record for at least 3 years
• Ability to drive for extended periods
• Strong commitment to safety
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform basic vehicle pre-trip inspections
• Comfortable assisting with loading, unloading, and warehouse/shipping tasks Pay $24.00 Per Hour Schedule Day Shift Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Nexeo Benefits
