Hour Schedule:

1st Shift | Mon-Fri (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) +

OT Role:

Local Southern MN deliveries. This is an active role involving loading/strapping and supporting the shop via forklift when not on the road. Option 2: Residential Route Driver (Class B)

North Mankato, MN Pay:

$24.00 - $29.00 / Hour + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Home Daily Role:

Help build a "Zero-Landfill" future by collecting and transporting waste/recycling. Training is available for new CDL holders with the right attitude! Key Responsibilities Depending on the position, your daily tasks will include:

Safe Operation:

Navigate Southern Minnesota roadways while strictly adhering to all CDL regulations.

Material Handling:

Loading, strapping, and securing flatbed loads (Class A) or managing residential waste/recycling collection (Class B).

Inspections:

Conducting thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.

Efficiency & Logistics:

Using forklifts to move raw materials (Class A) or following optimized GPS routes to ensure timely customer pickups (Class B).

Quality Control:

Verifying labels, managing paperwork, and maintaining detailed logs of stops and deliveries.

Qualifications Licensing:

Valid CDL Class A (for Flatbed) or CDL Class B (for Residential).

Experience:

•

Flatbed:

3+ years experience preferred with a clean driving record.

Residential:

Open to experienced drivers or recent CDL graduates looking for on-the-job training.

Physical Ability:

Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs (depending on role) and handle active, hands-on work.

Communication:

Ability to work independently, follow complex instructions, and maintain a positive attitude with the team and customers.

Skills:

Forklift experience and familiarity with Southern MN geography are strong pluses.

Quality verification, label applications, and ensuring all paperwork is included with every load.

Coordinate with Production Leads to organize the yard and maximize material movement efficiency.

When not driving, you will support the shop by moving raw materials, welded parts, and finished goods using a forklift to keep the production flow moving. experience 1-4 years skills Welding and metal experience is a plus.
