Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CDL Driver/Site Foreman to lead construction site operations while ensuring safe and efficient transportation. This role combines professional commercial driving with hands-on site management, overseeing heavy equipment operation and coordinating daily construction activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for construction excellence. As a pivotal team member, you will drive project success through safe practices, effective communication, and expert equipment handling. Pay based on experience Duties Operate commercial vehicles such as dump trucks, and other heavy-duty equipment safely and efficiently across construction sites. Lead on-site activities by supervising crews, coordinating equipment use, and ensuring project timelines are met. Operate heavy machinery including excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and horizontal drilling equipment to support construction tasks. Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and machinery to maintain mechanical integrity and safety compliance. Maintain accurate logs of vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and safety checks in accordance with company policies. Collaborate with project managers and team members to plan daily operations, troubleshoot issues on-site, and uphold safety standards at all times. Requirements Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Proven experience operating heavy equipment Strong mechanical knowledge of construction vehicles and heavy machinery maintenance. Prior construction site experience Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction sites. Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy materials and operating machinery for extended periods.
Pay:
$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
