CDL Dump truck driver

Duties Operate dump trucks with precision to deliver materials such as gravel, dirt, asphalt, and other construction aggregates to various sites. Safely maneuver and back up heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, water trucks, and backhoes as needed for site preparation and material handling. Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction zones by coordinating with team members to ensure smooth workflow. Conduct routine inspections of your vehicle and equipment to maintain optimal safety standards and report any mechanical issues promptly. Support excavation and grading operations by transporting materials to and from work zones using specialized heavy equipment like Caterpillar machinery. Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), to prevent accidents on-site. Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, equipment usage, and daily activities to ensure compliance with company policies. Requirements Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Proven experience operating dump trucks in construction or similar heavy-duty environments. Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and OSHA regulations. Ability to perform basic maintenance checks on trucks and equipment; troubleshooting mechanical issues is a plus.
