Ideal Ready Mix is now hiring dependable CDL Permit Holders to join our team as CDL Driver Trainees. If you're ready to start a career in the trucking and construction industry, this is a great opportunity to gain experience, complete CDL training through our training partner, and build a long-term career close to home.

What You'll Do:

Participate in a CDL training program, and obtain your Class B CDL Learn to safely operate a ready-mix truck Assist with deliveries to local job sites while gaining hands-on experience Learn and follow all DOT and company safety regulations Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

Requirements:

Valid CDL Permit (Class A or B) required Clean driving record Previous construction, labor, or driving experience is a plus but not required Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment screenings Ability to work in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Why Ideal Ready-Mix?
