This role is responsible for delivering coffee products, equipment, and supplies to customer locations in and around the Tri-state area while providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate delivery records. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in an energetic environment with daily routes and physical deliveries.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate company CDL box truck (at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight) in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other delivery equipment Verify orders for accuracy and obtain delivery confirmations/signatures Maintain positive relationships with customers through professional and courteous service Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety issues promptly Ensure all products are handled properly to maintain quality and prevent damage Assist with warehouse loading, route preparation, and inventory organization as needed Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and required documentation Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and management regarding route updates or delivery issues

Qualifications:

Valid CDL Class B license with Air Brake Endorsement Clean driving record Current DOT medical card Minimum three years commercial driving experience required, ideally in foodservice, beverage, or distribution industries Early morning start times and overtime may be required based on business needs Ability to lift and move up to 50-75 pounds regularly Strong time management and organizational skills, detail-oriented Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules efficiently Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus Basic understanding of vehicle inspections and maintenance reporting
