In this vital role, you will coordinate nutrition services, supervise dietary staff, and ensure the delivery of exceptional nutritional care tailored to residents' needs. Your CDM Dietary Manager leadership will foster a positive dining experience while maintaining compliance with health regulations and budgetary goals. This CDM Dietary Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' quality of life through expert management of dietary services. Responsibilities As CDM Dietary manager, you Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans focusing on nutrition, hydration, and special dietary needs such as tube feeding and diagnostic evaluation. Supervise and train dietary staff to ensure high standards of service, safety, and compliance with health regulations. Conduct patient assessments to determine nutritional requirements, adjusting care plans accordingly for optimal health outcomes. Oversee meal planning, preparation, and presentation to ensure nutritious, appealing options for residents in assisted living settings. Manage dietary department operations including budgeting, inventory control. Ensure adherence to safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and tube feeding procedures. Collaborate with healthcare teams to evaluate residents' health status and update care plans as needed for improved wellness outcomes. Requirements Proven experience in dietary management within skilled nursing environments. Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in a dietary or healthcare setting. Familiarity with patient assessment techniques and care planning processes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with healthcare teams and residents' families.
