Center Based ABA Therapist

Prefer working in a structured setting with a consistent schedule and strong team support? One Step Forward is hiring part time ABA Therapists to join our center based program in Lacey Township. This role focuses on providing direct ABA services in a collaborative environment during evening hours.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a center setting Implement individualized programs developed by a BCBA Support communication, behavior, and social skill development Use structured and play based ABA techniques Collect data and complete session documentation Collaborate with team members to support client progress
