Women's Care Center is seeking a compassionate, relationship-centered leader to serve as a Center Director/RN or Center Director/Outreach depending on qualifications. This is a flexible role within a very small team environment and may combine center leadership with client services, nursing, counseling support, outreach, or community engagemen t depending on the candidate's background and strengths. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, organized, professional, emotionally mature, and passionate about supporting women and families with dignity and respect. What You'll Do Center Leadership & Operations Oversee daily operations of the center Help create a welcoming, compassionate environment for clients and staff Coordinate scheduling, workflow, and center organization Support staff and volunteer coordination Work closely with organizational leadership Client Support & Services Depending on qualifications, responsibilities may include: Supporting women during pregnancy and early parenting Client education and encouragement Pregnancy testing support Limited nursing services (if licensed) Counseling and client follow-up Outreach & Community Engagement Represent the center in the local community Build relationships with churches, agencies, healthcare providers, and community partners Assist with volunteer engagement and donor relationships Support fundraising events and outreach activities Serve as a positive ambassador for the organization Qualifications The ideal candidate is: Compassionate and professional Positive, flexible, and team-oriented Comfortable in a small-team environment Organized and dependable Strong in communication and relationship-building Passionate about supporting women and families Backgrounds that may fit this role include: Nursing (RN/LPN) Sonography Counseling or social services Nonprofit or ministry leadership Outreach/community engagement Healthcare or client services Clinical licensure is welcome but not required for all role structures. Women's Care Center provides extensive paid training for this specialized role, including: Two full weeks of training in Fargo, ND Two full weeks of training at Women's Care Center corporate headquarters in Indiana Training includes client care counseling and approach, pregnancy testing protocols, limited obstetric ultrasound procedures, documentation standards, follow-up processes, and Women's Care Center's client care approach.
