Job Description

Central Reservations Manager Some people see reservations as answering phones and entering bookings. We see it as the very first guest experience. Hallmark Inns & Resorts is looking for an exceptional hospitality leader to oversee our central reservations department supporting all three of our beautiful Oregon Coast properties. This opportunity is open due to an internal promotion and comes with a strong foundation, an engaged team, and the opportunity to make a real impact across the company. About the
Role:
The Central Reservations Manager leads a hybrid reservations team with employees working remotely and at our Newport Resort. This role requires someone who can build relationships, coach and develop people, create accountability, and keep operations running smoothly across multiple locations and teams. You'll work closely with General Managers and operational leaders to help shape the guest experience from the very first interaction.
What You'll Actually Be Doing:
On any given day you might be: Coaching and developing reservationists to deliver remarkable guest experiences Leading a hybrid team across multiple locations and work environments Monitoring reservation trends, forecasts, and booking performance Helping solve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy Partnering with operational leaders to support occupancy and revenue goals Reviewing systems, processes, and communication to improve efficiency and accuracy Supporting hiring, training, scheduling, and team development Traveling between Hallmark properties to stay connected with teams and operations To Be Successful in
This Role, You'll Need To:
Love hospitality and genuinely enjoy working with people Lead with positivity, accountability, and heart Be highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail Communicate clearly and build strong working relationships Have at least 3 years' experience in hospitality, reservations, or related field and 1+ years leading a team Successfully lead hybrid and geographically dispersed teams Have experience with hotel reservation systems, OTAs, Revinate, and WebRezPro (WRP) experience strongly preferred Occasional travel between Hallmark properties along the Oregon Coast required What's In It for
