You will learn how the business works and runs. You will become a staple of the community and a face of all the things we do for our customers. Anything there is to learn we take time teaching you. Physical tasks are minimal like carrying food orders up to the counter. Learn our process for taking orders and using our POS system. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their experience. Take accurate orders using POS system PDQ, ensuring quick and efficient transactions. Prepare pizza boxes written to order, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation at all times. Upsell menu items and suggest add-ons to maximize sales opportunities while delivering excellent customer service. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end. Maintain a managable pace for our cooks, giving extra time at busy moments. Assist with pizza box folding, bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods. Skills Proven experience in food preparation and food service environments, ideally within quick service or fast food restaurants. Familiarity with POS systems such as PDQ for efficient order processing. Strong customer service skills with the willingness to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests. Bring a desire to learn food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between serving, cashiering, and food prep duties. Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and transaction accuracy. Previous restaurant or café experience is highly desirable; experience in retail or grocery stores is a plus.
