We're looking for two Ceramic Coating Installers to join our team as we launch and grow this new location. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in clean, detailed work and wants to grow with a premium automotive brand. Position Overview As a Ceramic Coating Installer, you will help prep, correct, protect, and finish customer vehicles to a high standard. The ideal candidate has experience with detailing, polishing, paint correction, ceramic coating application, or other automotive appearance services. Initial hours may be based on appointment volume, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the shop expands. Responsibilities Wash, decontaminate, prep, and inspect vehicles before coating Perform clay bar treatment, iron removal, and surface prep Assist with or perform paint correction and machine polishing Apply ceramic coatings carefully and consistently Maintain a clean, organized, professional work area Follow shop processes for quality control and vehicle protection Help with interior/exterior detailing when needed Communicate clearly with management about vehicle condition, timing, and issues Treat every customer vehicle with care and respect Qualifications Experience with automotive detailing, paint correction, or ceramic coating preferred Experience using DA polishers, rotary polishers, or detailing equipment is a plus Window tinting, PPF, or vinyl experience is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and professional Able to stand, bend, and work around vehicles for extended periods Valid driver's license What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunity to earn bonuses/commission Flexible schedule based on shop volume Paid training Opportunities for advancement (management) Schedule Part-time to start, with full-time growth opportunity Weekend availability preferred/required as needed Hours will increase as bookings grow About Us Five Star Auto Styling NJ is part of a growing automotive styling brand with experience in ceramic coatings, tinting, detailing, and premium vehicle protection.
