We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Permanent Certification Engineer to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This role is perfect for a passionate individual with a strong background in OEM Design requirements, FAA requirements for the installation of aircraft interior system/subsystem components, and advanced math skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for a diverse range of certification-related tasks, including developing training material on certification/ODA procedures and ensuring compliance with FAA regulations. Responsibilities:
1. Interpret and implement OEM Design requirements and FAA regulations for the installation of aircraft interior system/subsystem components. 2. Conduct and oversee certification tests to ensure products meet established standards. 3. Develop and deliver training materials on certification/ODA procedures to enhance team understanding and compliance. 4. Perform a wide variety of certification-related tasks, including document preparation, data analysis, and reporting. 5. Work closely with various departments to ensure all products are in compliance with industry standards and regulations. 6. Use advanced math skills to calculate, analyze, and interpret data related to certification processes. 7. Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 8. Keep abreast of changes in FAA regulations and industry standards, implementing changes as necessary to maintain compliance.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry. 3. In-depth knowledge of OEM Design requirements and FAA requirements for the installation of aircraft interior system/subsystem components. 4. Proficiency in advanced math and the ability to apply these skills to real-world applications. 5. Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training materials. 6. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines. 7. Strong understanding of FAA regulations and the ability to interpret and apply these to various projects. 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. 9. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently. 10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. Interested in hearing more?
