Perform quality control and quality inspection tasks throughout various phases of construction projects, including pipelines and infrastructure developments. Collect and analyze data related to construction progress, materials, and compliance metrics to support project management decisions. Monitor construction management practices on-site, ensuring contractors follow contractual obligations and safety protocols. Document inspection findings meticulously through detailed reports, photographs, and logs for record-keeping and regulatory review. Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and city officials to resolve issues promptly and maintain project timelines. Requirements Proven experience in construction inspection or related roles within construction sites or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control procedures, and blueprint reading skills. Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and pipeline systems is highly desirable. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to identify discrepancies or potential hazards during inspections. Construction site experience combined with a solid understanding of construction management principles. Ability to interpret contracts, specifications, and technical documentation accurately. Effective data collection skills for maintaining precise records of inspections and project progress.
