We Are Seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to Join Our Team As a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and directing the overall operations of the Dietary Department. Your expertise will ensure high-quality nutritional services are provided daily, maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary dietary environment. You will also oversee food, supply, and equipment ordering, ensuring department goals are met while adhering to budget expectations.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operations of the Dietary Department Ensure high-quality nutritional services are provided daily Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary dietary environment Oversee food, supply, and equipment ordering; maintain appropriate inventory levels Ensure department goals are met while adhering to budget expectations Recruit, train, supervise, and discipline staff as needed to maintain an effective team

Qualifications:

Must hold or be willing to obtain Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification

Preferred:

Associate degree in Food Service Management or Nutrition (DT/DTR), or a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field

Preferred:

At least one year of management experience Ability to interact professionally and positively with residents, families, and team members Strong teamwork and communication skills
