What we need:

Mohawk is looking for a Certified Final Inspector in the Calhoun, Ga area. You will Inspect carpet for defects and tag defects. What you'll do: Distinguish between quality & off quality carpet Verify the style & color number are correct by using a deckboard. Measure the width of each greige good roll Clean or repair defects when able Enter roll information onto computer Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision Follow all established standard operating procedures Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary Perform other tasks assigned by management What you have: High school diploma or GED equivalency required. No prior experience required. Reads and writes in standard English and proficient in performing basic math calculations such as addition and subtraction. Successful completion of all required on the job training. Successful completion of all required health and environmental safety training. What you're good at: Must be an effective team member. Good oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with others in the immediate work unit and in related support areas. Ability to follow simple verbal and written instructions. Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
