Position:

Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

Location:

Middlesex, Union, and Somerset Counties, NJ Hours:

Tuck In Shifts 3pm-7pm or 4pm- 8pm

Compensation:

Starting at $20 per hour (based on experience) What You'll Do As a CHHA with Grace Healthcare, you'll provide direct care that makes a meaningful impact, including:

Personal Care:

Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare, and mobility

Meal Preparation:

Creating simple, nutritious meals according to the patient's care plan

Home Management:

Ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Documentation:

Recording care and activities using

CellTrak Team Collaboration:
