Job Description
Job details $20.00 per hour Job description- CHHA Help with general light housekeeping, personal hygiene, dressing and maintaining a healthy and safe environment. Provide nutritional support to patients. (Preparing meals; feeding) Preform basic health care services for patients, including checking patients' weight, vital signs, and documentation. Reminding patients to take medications. Assist patients with ambulation and exercise as appropriate. Tranger client when needed Work with RN, LPN and other caregivers to meet patient's health care needs. Observe and report changes in patients' condition to Nurse Supervisor / RN. Maintain status with HHA in-service training. Work with limited supervision. Other supportive services as assigned. Reports to HHA Liaison, HHA Supervisor then Director of Nursing. Ability to travel with patient to appointments, restaurants, and shopping
