Certified Medical Assistant

Overview We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our clinical team. The CMA will play a vital role in supporting our providers by delivering exceptional patient care, performing clinical and administrative duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily clinical functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care & Clinical Support Prepare patients for examination. Assist providers during patient examinations and minor office procedures. Perform EKGs and specimen collection for lab testing. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of examination rooms and medical instruments. Administrative & Coordination Schedule patient appointments and manage electronic health records (EHR) efficiently. Ensure accurate entry of patient medical history, test results, and visit notes into EHR. Manage prior authorizations, lab orders, and prescription refills as needed. Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited certified medical assistant program required (NHA, NCCT, AAMA, AMT, AMCA, or NAHP) 1+ years of experience in a medical office or clinical setting 1+ year of Phlebotomy experience Experience working with Epic. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
