In this vital role, you will provide exceptional patient care in family medicine. Your expertise will help ensure smooth patient flow, accurate documentation, and high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities Assist with patient intake by collecting comprehensive medical histories and vital signs using EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems. Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding of the process. Perform clinical tasks such as administering vaccine, taking blood samples, and conducting basic laboratory tests. Manage medical documentation accurately Provide excellent patient service by answering questions, scheduling follow-up appointments, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with teams to deliver comprehensive care across outpatient clinics. Experience Certified Medical Assistant credential from an accredited program is required. Prior experience working in family medicine clinics or urgent care Hands-on experience with EHR systems as well blood draw is essential Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, medication administration, and basic life support (BLS). Experience supporting diverse patient populations including geriatrics, pediatric and adult patients. Familiarity with outpatient procedures as well as inpatient care environments is highly desirable.
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
