12hrs. Full-Time Day & Full-Time Evening (+Rotating weekends)
Pay Rate:
Starting $19hr & up Aspire Senior Living Advance is a leading long-term care facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and a supportive environment for our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team and contribute to the health and well-being of our residents. Certified Medication Technician (CMT) is responsible for the safe administration of medications to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Key Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by a licensed nurse. Accurately document medication administration and resident responses. Observe residents for side effects and report any adverse reactions to the nursing team. Assist with daily living activities as needed, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility support. Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations. Promote a safe and clean environment for residents and staff. Certified Medication Technician (CMT)
Qualifications:
Valid Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in Missouri. High school diploma or GED. Experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
