Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues accurately across various systems including powertrain, electrical, and mechanical components. Repair and maintain vehicles by replacing worn or defective parts, including transmissions, engines, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot complex electrical systems and ensure precise repairs. Conduct vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and brake inspections to keep vehicles running smoothly. Execute wheel alignments and calibrations to ensure proper vehicle handling and safety standards. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized automotive tools efficiently to complete repairs swiftly and accurately. Document all repair procedures thoroughly in accordance with dealership & manufacturer standards while providing clear communication with customers about their vehicle's condition and repair needs. Qualifications Valid certification as a Mitsubishi Automotive Technician with dealership experience. Proven experience in automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance across various vehicle makes. Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in powertrain systems, transmissions, automotive electrical systems, and ADAS technology. Familiarity with Mitsubishi schematics, wiring diagrams, auto estimating software, and diagnostic tools is essential. Hands-on experience working with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and alignment machines. Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients. Prior service technician experience in a dealership environment is highly desirable; additional skills such as diesel engine repair or auto estimating are a plus.
