Job Description
Community Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join our dynamic, mission-driven team. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, compassionate care to women in all stages of life, with a strong focus on maternal health, wellness, and serving the underserved .

Provide full-scope midwifery care including prenatal, postpartum, and well-woman care. Deliver respectful and individualized care in a supportive environment. Advocate for equal access to maternal health services. Collaborate closely with OB/GYN physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff. Support education and counseling in reproductive health, birth control, and breastfeeding.Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine gynecologic exams and screenings. Manage pregnancies and provide postpartum care. Diagnose and treat common women's health concerns within midwifery scope. Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation. Participate in on-call rotation as required. Provide patient and family education to promote informed decision-making.Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nurse-Midwifery from an accredited program. Current RN and APRN license in the state of Texas (or eligible to obtain). Certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB). Current DEA license or ability to obtain. BLS and NRP certifications (or willingness to complete prior to start). Strong clinical skills with excellent communication and compassion for patients.Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual Spanish preferred. Experience working in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) or similar community health settings.
