Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our nursing team. The CNA provides direct resident care under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring residents receive quality care in accordance with Florida regulations and facility policies. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Monitor and record vital signs, weight, intake and output Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests Observe and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition to nursing staff Document care provided accurately and timely in electronic health records Promote residents' rights, dignity, and independence Follow infection control and safety procedures in compliance with Florida Department of Health guidelines Qualifications Active Florida CNA license in good standing with the Florida Board of Nursing Current CPR/BLS certification High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Work Schedule Full-time, Part-time 12-hour shifts Day and Night shifts Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Retirement Plan Shift Differentials Opportunities for growth and continuing education Why Join Our Team?
