The CNA will provide direct care and daily assistance to residents while promoting their comfort, dignity, independence, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate is caring, patient, attentive, and committed to delivering high-quality resident care in a professional and supportive environment. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental condition to nursing staff Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration when needed Take and document vital signs as assigned Maintain resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to residents Follow all infection control, safety, and facility procedures Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and staff members Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency situations Qualifications Active CNA license/certification in the State of Florida Current CPR certification preferred Previous experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Home Health preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor Benefits Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Supportive work environment Opportunities for professional growth Paid training and continuing education opportunities (if applicable) Apply Today If you are passionate about caring for seniors and making a meaningful impact in their daily lives, we encourage you to apply today.
