Job Description

General Description - Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Do you have a heart for providing compassionate care to those in need? If so, we want you to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be essential in delivering high-quality care to our residents and/or patients. Working under the supervision of a registered nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct care services in a state healthcare facility. Your duties will include offering both physical and psychological support, assisting with daily activities, and maintaining therapeutic interactions. Why Join Us? Sharpe Hospital, Weston, WV Example of Duties and Responsibilities Provide Direct Care:
Assume daily responsibility and accountability for the physical care of assigned residents.
Technical Skills:
Perform basic technical skills, adhering to the Nursing Department's policies and procedures.
Collaboration :
Work efficiently and cooperatively with residents/patients, families, nursing personnel, and other facility departments.
Communication:
Effectively communicate treatment information, nursing actions, resident needs, and observations to the appropriate persons, and document this information in line with Nursing Department policies.
Supportive Environment:
Support Nursing Services and ensure compliance with all rules and regulations. #
INDLP Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or the equivalent.
Licensure/Certifications:
Certification or Registration as a Nursing Assistant or Nurse Aide.
Experience:
None.
