From $20/hr Role Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will assist patients with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and support the healthcare team in delivering patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and support with daily living activities Assist patients with personal hygiene , including bathing, dressing, and toileting Help with mobility, including walking, standing, transferring, and repositioning patients Respond to patient calls and assist based on individual needs Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration) Track and document food and fluid intake and output Ensure patients follow dietary restrictions and preferences Communicate effectively with nurses and healthcare staff regarding patient conditions Provide emotional support and maintain a safe, comfortable environment Required Qualifications Active CNA license (Missouri State) BLS certification (AHA) Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting High School Diploma or GED Ideal Candidate Profile Compassionate and patient-focused approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to handle physical demands of patient care Detail-oriented with strong observation skills For more details reach at jknox@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 732-791-4827.
