Position Summary We are seeking reliable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care and support daily living activities for clients in a home care setting. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers Monitor and report changes in client condition Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping Provide companionship and emotional support Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Follow care plans and communicate effectively with supervisors and family members Qualifications Why Join Us Two Years experience with an Active CNA certification in Michigan-Required CPR/BLS certification American Heart Association Required Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to pass background check and drug screening Strong communication and interpersonal skills Availability Monday-Friday 7:00am-1:30pm Saturday and Sunday 8:00am-12:00pm Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Ongoing training and development We're not just filling shifts—we're building a team of caregivers who genuinely care.
