Maintain Accurate Documentation:

Every detail is crucial in delivering high-quality care, both in the patient's home and within our agency and regulatory standards. Your attention to detail is vital to our success.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Holds current unencumbered certificate in the state working as a C.N.A. Minimum one (1) year experience as a C.N.A. in an acute care or long term care setting. Hospice exp a plus! Possess and maintains current CPR certification if state-mandated Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation. $21.00
