40 hours per week Schedule Details Rotation schedule: Monday 7:00 AM - Wednesday 3:00 PM Travelers are required to stay overnight at the facility during assigned rotation If awakened overnight, hours worked are fully compensated If less than 5 hours of sleep is obtained overnight, an additional 8-hour shift reimbursement applies Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with QMAP certification to support residents in a residential group home environment. This role involves providing direct hands-on care, assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, and supporting residents during community outings. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a home-like setting with close patient interaction and shared living responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Provide daily personal care and support to residents Administer medications in accordance with QMAP guidelines Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Support residents during community outings and appointments Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful home environment Collaborate with care team members to ensure quality resident care Additional Information Company vehicle provided for resident transportation and medical appointments Must successfully pass DMV background screening Driving record requirement: no more than 3 violations in the past 5 years; DUI may be disqualifying Requirements Active CNA certification Valid QMAP certification (required prior to start) Comfortable working in a residential care setting with overnight responsibilities Valid driver's license and clean driving record (as per requirements above) For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
