As a CNA/Home Care Aide, you will provide high-quality, personalized care and support to our clients in their homes, while also promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being.   • Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
  • Assist with medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping tasks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure holistic care and support
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other care team members to ensure coordinated care and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client care and services provided
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
  • Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Washington
  • Ability to lift, bend, and move clients safely and comfortably, as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and caregivers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and priorities
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
