Certified Nursing Assistant - Long Term Care

5x8, Days, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 40hrs a week Duties Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary. Monitor and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates. Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring adherence to prescribed schedules and protocols. Maintain infection control standards through aseptic techniques and proper hand hygiene practices. Document patient information meticulously within electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner. Provide specialized dementia and Alzheimer's care, including memory support activities and behavioral health management. Assist with catheter care, wound care, and other medical procedures following established guidelines. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient services across inpatient, outpatient, or home & community care settings. Requirements 5 years of CNA experience is required BLS (AHA) CNA License (MI)

Pay:

$1,400.00 - $1,440.00 per week
