  • Part-time, Full-time Overview Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), a vital role committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care across diverse settings.
As a CNA, you will be the frontline supporter for patients, assisting with daily activities, vital signs, and medical documentation while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Duties Provide direct patient care by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support using tools like Hoyer lifts when necessary. Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner. Support patients with specialized needs including Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care, behavioral health needs, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities. Administer medications and perform basic medical procedures following aseptic techniques and infection control protocols aligned with HIPAA regulations. Assist healthcare teams in complex environments such as ICU, emergency medicine, trauma centers (Level I & II), pediatric units (PICU), or post-acute care settings like hospice or long-term care facilities. Document patient interactions thoroughly in medical records ensuring compliance with medical terminology standards and accurate medical documentation practices. Operate medical equipment including catheters, EMR/EHR systems like eClinicalWorks or Home & Community Care platforms to support seamless patient service delivery. Qualifications Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program. Experience working in diverse healthcare environments such as hospitals (including Level I Trauma Centers), nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or outpatient clinics. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and basic life support (BLS). Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks for efficient documentation. Demonstrated ability to work compassionately with seniors, children, individuals with disabilities or behavioral health needs. Critical care experience such as ICU or emergency medicine is highly valued; additional skills in phlebotomy or medication administration are advantageous. Strong understanding of infection control practices including aseptic techniques and DME (Durable Medical Equipment) management.
