Job Type:

Full-time /

Part-time Compensation:

$20 / hour

Responsibilities:

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Support meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nurse or care team Provide comfort and dignity-focused care for hospice patients Follow individualized care plans and document care

Requirements:

Current CNA and listed on the Michigan Nurse Aide Registry Valid driver's license & reliable transportation Compassionate, patient-centered approach Experience with home health or hospice preferred
