1:12 Job Summary A compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is needed for a long-term care assignment. This role focuses on delivering direct patient care and supporting residents with daily living activities while working collaboratively with nursing staff to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality care. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting Monitor patient condition and report any changes to nursing staff Provide mobility assistance , transfers, and repositioning safely Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care activities Offer emotional support and compassionate care to residents and families Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment Required Qualifications Active CNA certification in South Dakota (or compact eligibility) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work flexible/variable shifts Preferred Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Nursing Home setting Core Skills & Competencies Patient-centered and compassionate care Strong observation and reporting skills Effective communication and teamwork Time management and adaptability Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Additional Information Charting System:

Currently using Avera system; transitioning to EPIC starting 5/30

Dress Code:

Any scrub color permitted (avoid all-black top and bottom combination)

Work Environment:

Hardwood flooring - comfortable footwear recommended

Breaks:
