Full-Time (hours vary from 32-40 hours per week) Revital Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our partner facility, Athens Health and Rehab, a skilled nursing community in Athens, PA. As part of the Revital team, you'll help residents improve daily functioning, regain independence, and enhance their quality of life while working in a collaborative and supportive care environment. Your Impact Provide direct occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) Assist with screenings and assessments to support individualized treatment plans Deliver compassionate, goal-oriented treatments tailored to residents' functional needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation while communicating resident progress with the OT and interdisciplinary care team What You'll Need Associate's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Active Pennsylvania license or eligibility as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a resident-centered approach Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development Why Revital Rehab Services?
