We are seeking a motivated technician with strong diagnostic and repair experience, especially with Yamaha and Suzuki outboards. This position involves working on a wide range of vessels performing diagnostics, repairs, rigging, maintenance, and electrical troubleshooting both in-shop and occasionally mobile/on-site. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, communicates well with the team, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair Yamaha and Suzuki outboard engines Perform routine maintenance and service Troubleshoot electrical and rigging issues Install and rig marine electronics and accessories Complete engine services, steering work, pumps, batteries, and related systems Maintain clean and organized work areas Document work performed and communicate findings clearly Qualifications Marine technician/mechanic experience required Yamaha and/or Suzuki certification Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with electrical systems and rigging Ability to work independently and efficiently Valid driver's license Positive attitude and strong work ethic Preferred Experience Yamaha Master Tech certification Suzuki Marine certification ABYC certification Garmin or marine electronics installation experience Experience working in a mobile marine service environment
