00/hour Position Details Certified Peer Specialists (CPS) play a crucial role in supporting individuals recovering from mental illness. They navigated their own journey of mental health recovery and are able to offer invaluable personal insights to consumers. Peer specialists, drawing from their firsthand experiences, offer a distinctive viewpoint that enriches peer support services in the outpatient, home, and community-based settings in Carbon, Monroe, and Pike Counties. Key Responsibilities Identify areas of need and tailor interventions to promote well-being and independence.
Provide direct care, assisting clients in achieving their mental health recovery goals.
Communicate, document, and review client cases with supervisors. Work one on one with individuals on service planning and goal completion.
