We are currently seeking trainers who can effectively enhance the quality of life of their entire community, one person at a time. Essential Purpose:

Assess the needs of our members to formulate, deliver and recommend a customized fitness program/service.

Other Responsibilities:

One on one Personal Training Monthly Assessments Working the Floor Interacting with new members Advising people on nutrition plans Building Client Base

Success:

Takes ownership of results. Adapts well and quickly to various situations. Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality. Team player and be willing to jump into any task. Must be extremely organized. Able to work independently, multi-task in a fast pace and demanding work environment. Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high quality work. Comfortable with a computer/technology, ability to quickly shift focus, and have proper phone etiquette.

Experience:

Prior experience in the Fitness/Health club industry, or similar is preferred.

Full-time, Part-time Floor Hours $16.50/hr

Session Rate:

$30 to $50.00 /hour

Commissions:

10%

On Agreement Value Yearly:

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
