Summer 2026 Amped Fitness is expanding, and we're looking for driven, high-energy trainers to join our newest location before doors even open! This is a unique pre-sale opportunity where you'll not only lay the foundation of your personal training career but also get ahead by building your client base before the gym officially opens. Why Pre-Sale? Pre-sale is a huge benefit for trainers—it allows you to prospect clients, build relationships, and hit the ground running with a packed schedule on Day 1. You'll be part of the grassroots launch team bringing Amped Fitness to the community and creating the excitement that fuels a Grand Opening. Pre-Sale Duties (Mandatory for Grand Opening Trainers): Distribute marketing materials within a 10-20 mile radius to promote the new Amped Fitness. Drive business-to-business using your own transportation/fuel; network with local business owners, employees, and potential members. Meet daily and weekly goals for: Leads generated Memberships obtained Social media activity & content (pictures with businesses & members) Number of businesses visited Participate in sales: calling leads, following up, and closing memberships. Support presale efforts outdoors in all types of weather (sign waving, community events, trailer/tent activations, etc.). Work independently or in teams, based on daily assignments from the District Manager.

Qualifications:

Active personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, etc.). Passion for fitness and helping others transform their lives. Strong communication and sales skills. Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently. Willingness to work outdoors and engage in grassroots marketing. Reliable transportation.

Compensation:
