Certified Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Certified Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting pharmacists in providing quality patient care. Your expertise in medical terminology, patient service, and critical care will contribute to the efficient operation of our pharmacy department. The position would be for TDS Inc, which consists of 3 pharmacies

• The Drug Store, Norway Pharmacy, and Crystal Falls Pharmacy.

Duties:

• Prepare and dispense medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
• Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking medications
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate medication therapy
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns
• Adhere to all pharmacy regulations and safety standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
