Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our dynamic finance team. Perform account reconciliation tasks such as balance sheet reconciliation, general ledger accounting, and asset management reviews. Oversee accounts payable, payroll, tax compliance (including sales/use tax) and assisting with audits. Oversee lifecycle of assets, recording acquisitions, calculating depreciation, managing disposals. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and other financial software for bookkeeping, payroll processing, and financial report writing. Assist with budgeting processes, financial planning, and analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Conduct detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies or anomalies in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or other ledger accounts. Oversee full life cycle of assets, recording acquisitions, calculating depreciation, and managing disposal. Assist in managing employee benefits specifically 401(k). Experience Masters in accounting may be considered. Proven experience in public accounting or corporate accounting roles with a focus on tax experience and technical accounting skills. Demonstrated expertise in auditing procedures, GAAP compliance, and regulatory reporting standards. Strong background in financial statement preparation and interpretation of financial reports for diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms; proficiency in double entry bookkeeping is essential. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to perform detailed account reconciliation and financial analysis efficiently. Ability to handle multiple priorities within deadlines while maintaining accuracy in all work outputs.
