Certified Public Accountant or CPA Candidate

Job Overview We are looking for a CPA or CPA candidate to join our team in the beautiful Hill Country of Texas. This position offers you a lifestyle change and a chance to establish roots. Some of my clients have been with me for 30 years and we work with 3 generations of families. Most of our clients are small business owners, ranchers and retirees. My clients are not only my clients but have become my friends and family. We work hard during tax season, then cut back to a 36-hour workweek for the rest of the year. We believe in enjoying the small-town lifestyle, not just working all the time. This position will prepare all types of tax returns and will develop relationships with our clients. This position also has a potential partner track. Qualifications Current CPA license or active CPA candidacy with a strong foundation in accounting principles. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately. Excellent communication skills for financial report writing and interpretation; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Pay:

$800,000.00 - $900,000.00 per year
