Certified Scrub Tech Shift -4 x 10s, rotating weekend on call Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Certified Scrub Tech, where your expertise in sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, and patient care will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional surgical services. In this vital role, you will support surgical teams across various specialties, ensuring that operating rooms are prepared, sterile, and ready for procedures. Responsibilities Prepare operating rooms by sterilizing instruments, arranging supplies, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly before procedures begin Assist surgeons and nursing staff during surgeries by passing instruments, suturing, and managing surgical supplies with precision and efficiency Maintain strict aseptic techniques and infection control protocols throughout all phases of patient care and surgical procedures Monitor vital signs, physiological responses, and patient status during surgeries to support optimal outcomes Collect data related to surgical procedures, patient responses, and equipment performance for quality assurance and analysis purposes Document detailed medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems accurately and promptly.
