CGP: Sr Revenue Accountant

Our client is looking for a temporary Senior Revenue Accountant for a 3-month assignment. Key responsibilities include the appropriate accounting of revenues, analytical reviews, and internal reporting. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $40 to $41 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform the revenue month-end close. Reconcile patient accounts receivable and revenue accounts. Collaborate closely with Finance, Payor Contracts, and Revenue Cycle teams to ensure accurate reflection of net revenue and patient accounts receivable. Analyze and communicate net revenue and patient accounts receivable performance, including internal reporting and analysis on Days in AR, Write Offs, Allowance for Bad Debts, Gross to Net Revenue, and various Patient Receivable Ratios.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. 2-5+ years of healthcare accounting experience related to patient revenue recognition and Accounts Receivable valuation. REF #48514 #LI-POST #ZR
