You'll be responsible for providing top-tier hair styling, coloring, and grooming services, all while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that keeps clients coming back. This is not a paid position. This is a chair rental. You will need an established clientele. Duties Deliver professional hair services including styling, coloring, extensions, and treatments using advanced techniques such as balayage and hair threading. Manage client consultations to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations based on color theory and current trends. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Utilize salon software such as

for scheduling appointments, processing payments, and managin Promote retail sales of hair products, skincare items, and accessories through upselling techniques while providing excellent customer service Experience Proven experience as a licensed cosmetologist or barber with a strong background in hair styling and grooming techniques. Knowledge of color theory principles to create customized color solutions for clients. Hands-on experience with hair. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members while demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Ability to perform sanitation procedures meticulously to uphold health standards within the salon environment.
