Administrative IDC Overview About the Role & Team IDC's Office of the CEO is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the people-side change for IDC's enterprise transformation program, a high-visibility initiative spanning AI and automation, process redesign, and new ways of working. Sitting at the center of the program, this role will serve as a dedicated change resource across multiple workstreams, guiding the full change lifecycle from impact assessment through sustained adoption. The Change Manager will work directly with workstream leads, subject matter experts, and program leadership to execute change strategies that deliver measurable results and build IDC's internal change capability along the way. This role is ideal for a hands-on change practitioner who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex transformation work. The right person will be just as comfortable facilitating stakeholder sessions as they are building communications plans, readiness tools, training support materials, adoption metrics, and executive-ready progress updates. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field. 5+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or organizational development roles. Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives ; prior experience with AI, automation, or digital transformation programs strongly preferred. Prosci or CCMP certification strongly preferred, or equivalent demonstrated mastery of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter). Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills . Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Demonstrated project management skills, including milestone tracking, risk management, and dependency coordination; experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies a plus. Experience in developing and executing training and communication strategies. Empathetic, flexible, and adaptable; able to guide teams through ambiguity and complex change. Salary and incentive structures are determined through a rigorous process that considers experience, education, certifications, role-specific requirements, internal equity, and verified U.S. market data from an independent third-party partner.
