Searching for an LPN who is time efficient, enjoys working with the elderly, and pays attention to detail. Supervising nursing staff and assigning duties Managing patient care and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and standards Communicating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care Overseeing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges Managing the nursing unit, addressing issues or concerns that arise during their shift Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care Provide education and support to patients and their families Maintain and enforce infection control and safety standards Other duties as assigned
