We offer flexible scheduling with flexible hours. Work as little or as much as you'd like! Come and see our 5-star facility for yourself! We offer 8 or 12-hour shifts as desired. Overtime rate is paid for anything over 8 hours. The base pay rate goes up the more experience you have. We also offer an additional shift differential pay rate for Night shifts. $2.00/hr night shift differential. We also offer a sign-on bonus of $7,500. Starting RN wage - $35.23/hr average per 12-hour shift Starting LPN wage - $30.56/hr average per 12-hour shift
