Your leadership helps shape the quality of care and the culture of our facility. Key Responsibilities as RN Supervisor Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver high-quality resident care Lead shift assignments and ensure proper staffing coverage Administer medications and oversee accurate documentation Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Monitor resident conditions and respond to emergencies as needed Provide mentorship, clinical guidance, and ongoing staff support Participate in care planning, quality improvement, and staff education Promote teamwork, respect, and continuous learning What We're Looking For Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate records
